§01 · Studio
A studio for real-time systems.
Yahiya Labs builds research, design, and interaction work for AEC, culture, and the open web. We work small, ship deliberately, and write our own tools when we have to.

§03 · Method
How the studio works.
§03.01
One pipeline, every deliverable.
Stills, animation, and interactive ship from the same source. Lighting authored once.
§03.02
Tooling is the product.
If a team has to fight Unreal to use it, that's a tooling problem. We fix the pipeline, not the renders.
§03.03
Small team. Senior hands.
No juniors-on-the-cheap. Every hour billed is a senior artist or engineer.
§03.04
Architecture first.
We come from AEC. We read drawing sets. We respect design intent and structural reality both.
